台北縣新莊副都市中心市地重劃暨區段徵收開發工程
台北縣政府為改善生活大地社區之排水問題，乃於新莊副都市中心內，增設昌平低地排水設施及中隆低地排水設施。
開工日期：民國95年12月
竣工日期：民國97年7月
抽水站位置：
昌平低地排水設施位於生活大地社區南側中隆低地排水設施位於中港大排西側，中山路南側。
抽水站功能：
有效改善生活大地社區排水狀況，解決新莊市昌平里較低漥地區淹水之問題及中港路都市更新區排水狀況。
工程內容：
昌平低地排水設施為地下二層，地上二層RC結構，設置 1CMS 豎軸式抽水機二組，並設置進水閘門及細目撈污機、柴油引擎發電機等。
中隆低地排水設施為地下二樓、地上二層RC結構，設置 1.5CMS豎軸式抽水機三組，並設置進水閘門及細目撈污機、柴油引擎發電機等。
開工日期：民國95年12月
